Green Tea Extract is rich in flavonols, including epigallocatechin gallate (EGCG), epigallocatechin (EGC), epicatechin gallate (ECG) and epicatechin (EC), all referred to as catechins. These seem to be responsible for many of the proposed benefits of green tea.
Adults: Take 1 capsule daily with food.
