SOLAL® Calcium Glycinate offers nutrients for optimal bone strength and protection. Adequate calcium and vitamin D3 supplementation supports bone mass and integrity by increasing bone mineral density, thereby helping to prevent bone loss or osteoporosis.


Supports healthy bones and teeth and helps reduce the risk of osteoporosis.

Product Composition

Each capsule contains the following active ingredients:

Calcium glycinate (amino acid chelate)

of which elemental calcium

750 mg


150 mg

Vitamin D3

500 IU


500 μg

Vitamin K2

30 μg


Inactive ingredients: Microcrystalline cellulose, isomalt, flexicoat, copovidone, magnesium silicate and magnesium stearate.

Storage Instructions

Store in a cool dry place below 25°C. Keep out of reach of children.

Pharmacological Action

Calcium and vitamin D supplementation support the maintenance of bone mass and integrity by increasing bone mineral density. Boron plays a role in mineral metabolism and appears to support hyper-absorption of calcium.


Dosage Directions


Take 1 capsule twice daily, or 2 tablets once daily after breakfast.

Take a few hours before or after taking other medications.

Individuals taking anticoagulants should consult their healthcare practitioner prior to use.

Do not use this product if you are hypersensitive (allergic) to any of the ingredients. If you are on any medication or suffering from any medical condition, it is advisable to seek medical advice before starting any new medicine, supplement or remedy. Side Effects

Side effects may include nausea, constipation, flatulence and gastrointestinal discomfort.


There are no known contraindications.


Vitamin K antagonises the effects of oral anticoagulants such as warfarin. INR levels should be carefully monitored in individuals taking anticoagulants such as warfarin.

Safe for use during pregnancy and whilst breastfeeding.
